- Consolidate comprehensive plans from various work streams into a unified project overview.
- Navigate uncertainty and build consensus among work stream leaders.
- Utilize Mac-based tools for effective project reporting and communication, such as Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike, and Miro.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for project delivery teams encountering challenges.
- Document project progress and status in Wrike, addressing risks, issues, decisions, changes, schedules, and tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the Solution Manager on Change Management initiatives, including the creation and dissemination of communications.
- Coordinate deliverable development activities with Business Analysts, Technical Project Managers, and designated Business Stakeholders.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and timelines.
- Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and risks to project sponsors and leadership.
- Prepare executive-level project summaries as needed using Mac tools.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Management, overseeing large-scale and complex programs.
- At least 10 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 3 years leading substantial projects.
- Proven experience in legal operations or security.
- Strong proficiency with Apple-based tools (Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike) is essential.
- Exceptional ability to take initiative and excel in ambiguous situations.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-directed and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
- Proven ability to engage with leadership and contribute meaningfully to strategic planning initiatives.
- Demonstrated executive presence with the capacity to influence decisions and foster support for process enhancements.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with acute attention to detail.
